General Questions
Do I have the option to purchase a custom domain to use with my website?
Yes. Whether you choose to have a FREE site or select one of our
Upgrade Option, you will have the opportunity purchase a custom domain for $19.95 per year. Custom domains are included with our
Smart and
Savvy Packages.
If you already have a custom domain registered through a third-party registrar and want to point it to your Wedding Window website, you will be able to do so as long as you can change the A Record for the domain. The option to point a third-party registered domain only becomes available if you select an
Upgrade Option (Sweet or higher).
Can I purchase a keepsake of my website?
Yes. Whether you choose to have a FREE site or select one of our
Upgrade Options,
you will have the opportunity purchase a keepsake of your website – download or CD. The download option is included with our
Savvy Package.
Keepsake Downloads - Keepsake downloads are $29.95. Once your download is ready, it will be available for download from the Website and Your Account Dashboards. When your keepsake download order is initially placed, it will appear as "pending". Once your download is available, a "download" button will appear so you can download your website keepsake. All keepsake orders will also be accessible in your payment history, which can be found under the Your Account tab.
Keepsake CD Orders - A copy of your website on CD is $35 for the initial copy, plus shipping and handling. Each additional CD is $15. CD orders can take from 7 to 40 business days depending on your location. Keepsake CDs will be shipped via priority mail delivery confirmation for addresses in the continental United States and by air to Canada. Keepsake CDs are not shipped internationally.

Is there a limit to the number of updates that I can make to my website?
Absolutely not. There is no limit to the number of updates that you are permitted to make to your website. All updates will be reflected on your website immediately after they are submitted.
