As the winter season approaches, I can’t help but envision my dream winter wonderland wedding. With so many weddings taking place in the spring and summer, a winter wedding is already somewhat unique. And there are ways to make yours even more different and unexpected – with color.
Winter Wedding Colors that Create Warmth
If you don’t want your wedding to look like a holiday party, you need to picture winter in a different light. Instead of using reds and greens or even white and silver, how about coloring your winter wedding with neutrals? White/silver is a beautiful color combination, but it could convey an icy feel when used in the winter time. So, if you want to leave the cold outside and bring a warm, romantic coziness to your day, color can make all the difference. By using shades of off-white, beige, champagne, and gold, along with lots of candlelight to add a shimmery glow, you can help your guests forget what month it is and ensure that they won’t want to leave your warm winter wedding.
Check out the images below that I gathered to capture this mood. And go neutral!
