The twobirds dress can be wrapped more than 15 ways to accommodate varying body types. It comes in 18 colors and four different lengths.

I came across a twobirds advertisement while flipping through the latest edition of Martha Stewart Weddings.  View a video of the different looks here. If anyone has worn the dress, I would love to hear about it! Goldman’s bridesmaids wore the dress in her wedding, and the website displays some real wedding photos for more ideas.

The company offers “rosettes,” which can be hand-sewn to the bottom hem of the dress. twobirds suggests the rosettes as the perfect adornment for the maid or matron of honor.

Another way to honor and feature your maid of honor is to choose a two-toned dress for her. Or use them for all your bridesmaids to accentuate your colors!

twobirds also makes matching bandeaus for large-busted bridesmaids, wraps for chilly weather and dresses for flower girls.

twobirds is in New York City but ships anywhere in the United States and Canada. The company also has offices in Sydney and London by appointment. The twobirds name comes from their claim that bridesmaids will wear the dress again, hence, “killing ‘two birds’ with one dress.”

She was born in Michigan, raised in Florida and “followed” her high school sweetheart to Texas, where she was educated in life and love (and academics on the side). After earning her degree from SMU and realizing “happily every after” wasn’t in the cards just yet, she followed her heart to Los Angeles, back to Dallas, then to Raleigh, before returning to her home in Florida—home is where the heart is, after all. It was at home where Caron finally found her true love. After four years of dating, she tied the knot with her Mr. Right on May 30, 2009. Caron and her husband reside in the Orlando area with their dog, Abbey Road. Read More…
