Wedding Blog: Farm Engagement Shoot in Illinois

Jennifer and Greg chose to do their engagement shoot on a farm in Central Illinois, the same location as their wedding. The couple met with Mark of Mark Romine Photography to scope out the area for great backdrops, then began the shoot.

Mark: “The shoot went really well. We start all of our clients off easy to get them warmed up to us and how we work. Then we just have fun doing things that have the couple interacting with each other. This is invaluable for helping our clients to gain confidence in how we work and interact with them. Jennifer and Greg loved their photos and were surprised that I could come up with such a variety in about an hour’s worth of shooting. I think Jennifer was especially surprised by all the little nook’s and cranny’s that I used that she would never have thought to be good locations for a photo.”
