With June having three birthstones, pearl, moonstone and alexandrite, it was hard to choose one to use for some Etsy Eye Candy inspiration. I love, love, love pearls … they are my fave! But, they are also pretty common when it comes to weddings. Moonstone is gorgeous, but is not an exact color that easily translates into wedding details. So, I decided to pull inspiration from the lovely pinky-purple color of alexandrite!

This is the color I’m using in my wedding! It’s going along with silver and charcoal grey. I love this post and I’m getting lots of ideas – thank you! PS: I have had the toughest time finding a name for this color that everyone can identify with…Alexandrite is a new one for me. Raspberry, magenta, fuschia? Just as long as it’s not hot pink!
