Hi there! I’m Rebecca, a 20 year old college girly girl from the Philadelphia Suburbs. I’m newly engaged and working on planning my very own perfect wedding…on a budget! Getting married right after college may mean having to skimp on a large wedding budget, but not style! I’m a jewelry maker and am all about DIY crafts. Thus, I will be bringing you beautiful wedding inspiration that you can make yourself.

When not wedding planning or blogging, I enjoy playing the harp, snuggling with my fiancé, and making beaded jewelry. I am finishing up college as an Entrepreneurship major, and am looking forward to starting “real life” as a married woman in not too long!

You can also get bouquets made out of chocolate! I might find it a little hard to wait until after are the pictures are taken to eat it though.

Perhaps a more practical use of chocolate would be in the favors. I think these his and her chocolate covered strawberries are too cute!

I think subway art would look awesome used on escort cards or to label things at the wedding venue. After the wedding is over it’s a cute way to commemorate the day. I love this canvas print of a couples vows:

Lace Weddings

Lace: beautiful, soft and feminine. Many brides chose a wedding dress with lace on it for this very reason. Look at how gorgeous this lacey wedding dress is:

But the bride doesn’t have to be the only one sporting lace on the big day, it also looks great on bridesmaid dresses and in wedding decor!

I love both of these dresses as bridesmaid dresses, they have just the perfect amount of lace to be elegant and not over the top.

Lace also adds elegance to table settings as trim around candle holders, vases, fancy bowls, or even a table runner.

Lace tape would be a great way to seal up favor boxes.

I also love the idea of rolling up lacy paper doilies to hold things like flower petals or confetti.

Lastly, all of these lacey garlands would look beautiful as decoration at a wedding reception or even as aisle decor for the ceremony.

So there you have it – lace doesn’t just have to be on the bride’s dress, lace can add beautiful accents to every part of your wedding!
