Keep an ongoing list of your guests, and give each guest a Guest No. When it’s time to mail the invites, make sure that each RSVP sent corresponds to each Guest No. This will limit the amount of human error that occurs with returning RSVP’s. (For example: illegible handwriting, or if a guests forgets to write their name on the RSVP.)
