Ivory, tan and brown with lime green accents … Nathan and Lindsey’s wedding was a total delight! This bride and groom planned a lovely event with fresh flowers, fruit and DIY projects to add pops of fun and color throughout their wedding day. They worked with an amazing group of vendors to get all of the details and decor just right. Their wedding photographers, Micah and Ashley from Double Knot Photography, did a wonderful job of documenting the day and capturing all of the well planned details …
Micah & Ashley: “We are two girls who fell in love with photography, are eager to learn, and passionate for excellence. We began shooting weddings together in college becoming the best of friends and decided to do what everyone warned us not to do – go into business together. We couldn’t help it. We loved shooting weddings as a duo and wanted to do what hadn’t been done before.
Two professional photographers merging under one name to give brides the ultimate experience. We bring two unique personalities and perspectives; we share the same heart, but have a completely different eye! That’s why we make such a special team and brides are so pleased with the Double Knot experience! Some people call us the Double Knot Girls. Our goal is to love and encourage each bride and groom. We are enamored with each couple’s unique life story and are eager to capture the one time in their life they will want to remember more than any other. We strive to do it in a creative and fun way! Truly, we love what we do and our ultimate focus is on making a difference in each couple’s life. We hope that after their wedding day they will have been given a Double portion of love, encouragement … and crazy-awesome images!”

Now for some lovely detail shots …
Micah & Ashley:“Our favorite part was that Lindsey was concerned about the kids at the wedding having fun … so she created goody-bags for each of the kids, which included candy, slinkys, and other toys. She also made goody-bags for the adults which were actually Hang-Over Kits, including bottled water, crackers and gum among other things. Smart.”
Congratulations Lindsey & Nathan!!
