Jesse and Whit of Our Labor of Love are this week’s Macro Monday featured photographers. This husband and wife team focuses on taking unique wedding photographs that capture real beauty. Rather than using staged scenery and phony poses, they have a more relaxed approach to wedding photography. Jesse and Whit love to travel, shooting weddings all over the country and are also available to travel internationally for weddings.
Today Our Labor of Love is sharing gorgeous photos from a Hudson Valley wedding. Emily and Jasen held their wedding at the Mohonk Mountain House. Although the sun was shy that day, their wedding photos are gorgeous! … Who says you need at bright, sunny day to get beautiful wedding pictures?
Emily: “We couldn’t be happier with the pictures. Jess and Whit were gracious and lovely – blending into the background when you wanted them to, but great fun when we did our solo shoot afterward (something I highly recommend!). Jay and I still talk about the photography parts of the day. My only regret: that I didn’t do a little dance on the boat. I look so stiff!”
Emily and Jason found lots of their wedding details on Etsy.com. Here is the breakdown of some of their wonderful Etsy vendors …
Confetti was from Royal Buffet
Cake topper was Goose Grease
The guestbook was rfrantzdesign
Programs were typeset by the couple and created by greenbeendesign
Jasen’s cufflinks were dlkdesigns on etsy and showed a map of Big Sur on one (where we got engaged) and Greece on the other (where we went on our honeymoon)
Emily’s earrings were thepebblecollection
Emily’s necklace was simplyshell
Congratulations Emily and Jasen! And a special thanks to Our Labor of Love for sharing these beautiful wedding photos with us!
