Kimberley and Giovanni’s site is our featured WeddingWindow.com wedding website of the week. With Valentine’s Day serving as inspiration, there’s no better time to feature a wedding website that is focused on “Amor”. This couple came together from different parts of the world and have incorporated their cultures into their wedding website beautifully. Congratulations Kimberley and Giovanni!

WeddingWindow.com Website Design: “Celebrity”

1. How has your website been most helpful in planning your wedding?
I am Canadian and my fiancé Giovanni is Chilean. We are living in California and we have many friends and family that can’t make it to the wedding. We are using our website to include everyone in our planning, help with travel plans, and to share our special day with all those who are close to us.

2. How did you customize your website?
Our wedding website matches our wedding colors and pictures from our engagement party. Since Giovanni is from Chile, we have many custom pages that are in Spanish. We have created pages such as “Our Love Story” and then translated this page to create separate one in Spanish for our Chilean friends and family.

3. Did you customize other elements of your wedding as well? If so, what were they?
We featured our Wedding Website’s address on our Save the Dates and launched it at that time. We plan to carry throughout our wedding the theme of two worlds coming together and to have a bilingual ceremony as well.

4. What was your favorite feature?
I love the ability to be able to send an email out to the visitor log. I have been updating our site and it is so great to send out an email to everyone who has logged on to let them know what is new.
