Nikki Nicole Photography recently shared this sweet, intimate wedding with us. Jessica and Colin were married in a small ceremony followed by a dinner reception with close friends and family. Though they chose to have a smaller cerlebration, Jessica and Colin included lovely details and personal touches to their day. Jessica will fill you in below…
From the Bride: Our wedding inspiration was to have a shabby chic, neo eclectic victorian feeling. For this reason we chose our venue location the 1863 Lyman Homestead, an old farm home located around the corner from an orchard. To make our wedding unique we used alot of wedding photos of our ancestors, we played a music performance at the reception dinner and in a bar we always go to. We had our piano player play Stephen Foster songs (music from the 19th century). For our reception details we had flowers in different tea pots (I LOVE tea pots) and we had an all Vegan dinner menu. Introducing our guests to vegan cuisine for the first time and playing music with my husband to share for our family and friends was some of the most memorable parts of our wedding day.
Congratulations Jessica and Colin!
