As you’ve probably noticed, ombre is a big trend right now.  It’s everywhere.  Hair, fashion, decor, weddings… you name it! One ombre item I am especially fond of is CAKE. I know, I know. When it comes to food and, more importantly, sweets… I’m a total sucker! If given the opportunity to indulge in a sweet treat (whether its politely offered to me OR I can’t keep my hungry paws off it while walking by the dessert table), I will most certainly oblige to my greedy taste buds.

Hmmm, I love dreaming of sweet goodies. OMBRE! We were talking about ombre cakes. They are sooo fun. Cakes with the frosting or fondant layers in the lovely color gradation that is the “ombre trend” are too cute! My favorites though, are the ones with the ombre cake layers on the inside.
