Wedding season is in full swing!  Every wedding industry professional knows that April through October has become a very busy time – thanks to summer vacations, great weather and a few long weekends, most weddings happen during this “prime” time.  Because summers tend to fill up quickly with travel plans, graduations and barbecues, summer brides are wise to get the the word out early about their big days.  And thankfully, there are a myriad of stylish and fun ways to do this.

Save the dates are one of my favorite wedding elements.  This is the first piece of stationery your guests will see, and in my mind, it sets the tone for all other wedding communications.  So here are a few of my favorite save the date options out in stationery stores now.  Which one do you like best?

Summer weddings work beautifully with two design elements – bright colors and a bit of whimsy.  This Crane & Co. save the date has both.
